1- How do I get one of your cat trees?
You place an order for your favorite model ight here on our website, by texting or emailing us and we will have it ready for you in around 10 business days. We usually require your phone number and 50% deposit to start your order. We will text/email you when your cat tree is ready to pick up/deliver. Done!
2- What are the payment options?
Right now we offer credit cards, e-transfers, paypal and good old cash
3- How do I pick up my order?
Once your unique cat tree is done, we will text you. You pick up in our location or we can deliver! Deliveries are an extra fee, see below.
4- Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver orders over $60:
Anywhere in Calgary once a week, usually on Saturdays but sometimes on Wednesday = $25
Towns around Calgary = $30
Edmonton, Red Deer and towns on route on the last Saturday of the month = $40
Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and towns on route on the second Saturday of the month = $40
Ask us for any other location around Calgary, we may be able to accommodate something. Thanks
5- What is your return policy?
6- What materials do you use in your cat trees?
We use wood found locally in Calgary and carpet remnants from our carpet installer friends. All other ornaments, ropes, staples, toys, glues, screws, etc. are new.
7- Can I customize my cat tree?
Absolutely! We love to hear about your ideas and we can make almost all of them come true. Every change or extra addition in your cat tree will cost an extra fee. Talk to us for more details.
8- Can I send you a drawing of my idea so you build it from scratch?
Yes we can! Send it over and we will send you a quote back. Usually making a cat tree from your idea will be at least $120.
9- Do your cat trees come apart? I need to transport them in my car
All our cat trees are made of solid wood and are very well reinforced so your cats can do whatever they want on top of them. With that being said, no they don't come apart and we recommend bringing a SUV or a truck for pick up.
10- So the carpet colours change every week?
Yes, since we work with carpet remnants we pick up any carpets that are currently available, so we dont get to pick the colours, but that means savings for you our customers! However, if you want a specific colour, bring us your favorite carpet !!! We require around 100 sqft of carpet to make a tall cat tree
If the ordered cat tree has a structural problem, bring it back within the first two weeks and we will fix it, but due to your pets leaving their essence on the item, we can not accept them back for any other reason. Sorry, no returns and/or refunds for orders received from outside Calgary City limits.
Choose between our standard and free 1/8” (0.3 cms) diameter jute rope, or our premium ¼” (0.6 cms) diameter sisal rope for extra $15.
12- What is the footprint of your cat Posts?
Our small Cat post options have a footprint of approximately 24x18" ; Our medium and large Cat towers have a based of 20x24" with a footprint of 24x30"; and our 2 largest models, the Cat Condo and the Penthouse, have a base of 24x24" with a footprint of 24x36" .
Also, our top platforms are usually 14x14", our beds are also 14x14" in the inside, the middle platforms are 24x12" and the bottom platforms are either 20x12" or 24x12". BUT remember we can always modify any of our standard models to fit yours and your felines needs.
13- Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do!, we offer gift cards on any amount, and any gift cards over $300 will have a 5% discount
