Yes we deliver within Calgary, AB for an extra fee.
Northeast = $20
Downtown and surroundings = $30
Borderline SE and NW, and all SW = $40
Airdrie and Chestermere = $40
Ask us for any other location around Calgary, we may be able to accommodate something. Thanks
Returns
We can fix your problem
If your cat tree has a structural problem you can bring it back within the first two weeks after purchase and we will fix it, but due to your pets leaving their essence on the item, we can not accept them back for any other reason.
Warranty Information
The Information You may want to Know
Your new cat tree should be structurally firm and everything should be well attached. We take care of all these details at our workshop, but at the end of the day we are only humans! If we missed something you can bring your cat tree back and we will reinforce it or fix any carpet that may be coming off within the first 2 weeks of purchase.
