At Lucky Kitten Place, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. Delivery
How We Do It
Yes we deliver in Calgary and Edmonton, AB for an extra fee.
Calgary Deliveries
- Front Door Delivery = $29
- Indoor Delivery = $55
Airdrie and Chestermere, usually on Saturday Afternoon:
- Front Door Delivery = $40
Edmonton & Red Deer Area - Including: Sylvan Lake, Leduc, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and all towns by Highway 2
Delivered on the last Saturday of each month.
- Front Door Delivery = $45
- Indoor Delivery = $70
PLEASE NOTE:
- Front Door Delivery: We ring your bell and leave your order at the door
- Indoor Delivery: We bring your tree inside and place it in the room of your choice
You must be home at the scheduled time. If no one is available, the tree will be left at your front door and no refund will be issued.

Returns
We can fix the issue
If your cat tree has a structural issue, you may bring it back within the first two weeks after purchase and we will repair it. However, due to pet hair, dander, oils, and other hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
Warranty Information
The Information You may want to Know
Your new cat tree should be structurally firm, with all components securely attached. We take great care with every detail in our workshop, but if something was missed, you can bring your cat tree back within the first two weeks of purchase and we will reinforce it or fix any carpet that may be coming loose.
